Only the time you don't touch your phone counts towards your score.
You're sitting at your desk, but before you know it, you're picking up your phone every 5 minutes. SPavoid is the simplest mechanism to stop that.
■ Only 3 things to do
1. Choose from 25 minutes, 50 minutes, or 90 minutes
2. Press "Seal and Start"
3. Leave it until you finish
To quit midway, you must keep pressing the pause button. Because you can't escape with a single tap, it's hard to give in to temptation. If you leave it until the end, it's recorded as "You overcame temptation," and that time becomes your study time for the day.
■ 3 lengths
・25 minutes… Pomodoro. Stack up short sessions.
・50 minutes… 1 session. Follow the same rhythm as a class.
・90 minutes… Practice. Learn the concentration required for an exam.
■ The real test begins after you finish
After the session ends, you can write a single line about "what you did." Writing down specific tasks like "English Grammar Vintage Chapter-End 200 Questions" allows you to see at a glance what you've accomplished.
Afterward, cool down with meditation. 5 minutes for 25 minutes, 7 minutes for 50 minutes, and 3 minutes of light exercise followed by 7 minutes for 90 minutes. A bell rings at the beginning and end, and every minute in between (the interval can be changed in the settings, and it can also be turned off). You can skip days when you don't feel like studying.
■ All study time is collected here
Even study sessions without a timer can be added manually later. Textbooks, classes, tutoring. Arranging them on a timeline, combined with timer records, shows "how many hours you actually studied today."
■ Records
・Today's focused time and achievement rate against daily goals
・Graph of this week's study time
・Consecutive days record (currently connected days and longest record so far)
・Total for this week and cumulative total so far
Seeing the number of consecutive days makes it harder to slack off today. You can change your daily target time in the settings.
■ How it notifies you when the timer is over
When the timer is over, you will be notified with a sound and a notification. If you have earphones connected, the sound will always come through the earphones. In silent mode, if you don't have earphones connected, it will only vibrate and not make a sound. It won't make any unwanted sounds, whether you're in a study room or library.
■ Privacy
All records are stored only on this device. No account registration is required, and your study content will not be sent anywhere.
■ Please Note
