1) Record sales and expenses quickly

When someone buys on credit, add their name

Kasu automatically tracks balances per customer

Record payments (full or partial) as they pay you back

3) Type like you talk (smart suggestions)

Write naturally (example: “2 derica rice for Mama Sade 1200”) and Kasu can suggest the amount, unit, product, and customer so you don’t waste time typing.

4) Voice notes (optional)

Attach a short voice note to a transaction so you don’t forget details later. Voice notes are stored on your device.

5) Backup & restore (so you don’t lose your books)

Sign in with Google or your phone number so your data can be restored if your phone is lost, damaged, or replaced. Your bookkeeping records are stored on your device by default, and you can back up to the cloud for recovery.
