Katav Talks is the notebook for people who go to conferences.
Three days, eight talks a day, and you get home with notes scattered across three different apps and no idea who said what. Katav Talks exists so that doesn't happen.

IMPORT THE SCHEDULE, DON'T TYPE IT

Got the conference program as a PDF? Paste the text or upload the file — PDF, DOCX or CSV. AI reads the whole schedule and creates one note per talk, with the title, time and speaker already filled in. You review it in an editable table before approving. What would take an hour of typing takes seconds.

TWO WAYS TO TAKE NOTES

Classic notes: write and format the way you always have — bold, italic, highlight, headings, lists. Add photos of the slides.

Chat-style notes: during the talk, jot things down like you're sending text messages. Loose sentences, half-formed ideas, a number you don't want to forget. When you're done, tap Organize and AI turns it all into a clean, structured note.

RECORD AND CAPTURE

Record the talk's audio straight into the note. Photograph the slide before it changes. Everything lives with the text, in the same note, in one place.

FIND IT LATER

Star the talks that were worth it. They all gather in Favorites, across every notebook you have. Search by event name, speaker, or anything you wrote.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

Everything is saved on your device. The basement auditorium with no signal isn't a problem. Whenever you want, sign in to your Katav account and sync your notes across phone, tablet and iPhone — Katav Talks is on the App Store too, and it's the same account.

Rather not create an account? Don't. The app works fully offline, and your notebooks are yours.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR RULES

You can delete your account at any time, right from Settings. When you do, everything is erased from our servers — and your notes stay on your device, untouched.
