when some one send me katsh to katsh they told me from there office you can not use this till you have a shop and access to the app from us .you have to be an agent to used it and to have moneys in it . this not app for public it's only for agents and if you talk with the support they have unclear answer. this is not an e_wallet ,

I bought two Alfa $25.46 cards via Spinneys Mar Mitr POS on 22/10/24 and received two used and expired vouchers that said “Voucher already used” and had an expiry date of 04/10/24. It turned out that other customers were also issued used vouchers. Spinneys customer care tried reaching Katsh’s support via the number provided on the vouchers, but it’s unclear if they were answered. Not a reliable B2B service provider.
