😭😭...I purchased coins in the Kavana app, and the payment was successfully completed, but the coins were never added to my account. The money was deducted from my account, but I did not receive the purchased coins. I believe there is a serious issue with the app’s payment and coin delivery system. Please investigate this transaction and take appropriate action. I also request a refund for the amount I paid.

I downloaded this app a few days ago and I really liked it. However, there is a daily coin limit, so I tried creating another account with a different email ID. The first account was getting daily coins, but with the new accounts, I only received coins on the first day and didn't get any daily coins after that. I also contacted the support team by email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet. The app is good, but I hope the developers fix this issue and respond to user.

the earlier versions where I only had to pay a monthly subscription to keep on enjoying services were better. Kavana has changed, and for the worst. Now there is a coin system which basically means as soon as you use up the coins, you're gonna have to buy more. I'm not sure if or when the coins recharge automatically, I guess they don't, but I don't recommend this app, and it's a shame too because some of the stories were great.
