poor support, dashcam software is terrible and it records parking when driving and driving when parking and messes up time lapse and only records a few seconds all night and turns off, it jumbles all footage and I've had the D5 D7 and D11, all junk. They gaslight the customer and haven't stood by products.

absolutely unstable. connect to wifi and app just keeps crashing. either close app or wait. cannot do anything.

awful software. it records random time lapse whilst driving. then stores all normal videos in the parking folder and throws in the odd random parked videos. It hardly ever records whilst driving and support is terrible and just blames your car or phone. most of their reviews are paid for especially on Amazon. avoid. I've had the D5 D7 and D11 to test. all junk software
