An online platform operated by CONST-TECH LTD, allowing you to request domestic worker services and track their procedures according to the regulations approved in the Kingdom. Long-term contracts are processed through the "Musaned" platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and each contract has its own official number.

• Leasing of Domestic Workers: Hourly visits or monthly packages.

• Request Tracking: From request review to contract, visa, arrival, and delivery.

• Visits and Packages: Service coverage in your city and booking a suitable appointment.

• Invoices and Payments: Invoice details and status, and payment through a secure payment provider page.

• Addresses, Support, and Notifications: Your addresses are saved, support tickets are available within the app, and you receive notifications for each update.

Your Account

Review your information, update your profile picture, and review the terms and conditions. You can request to delete your account and data from within the app at any time.

Why We Ask for Your ID Number

You need to log in with your ID or residency number because domestic worker contracts are linked to the employer's ID on the Musaned platform. Contracts and visas cannot be issued without it. This is a regulatory requirement; we do not collect any additional data.

Permissions

• Camera and Photos: For your profile picture and to attach a photo to a document or support ticket.

• Notifications: For updates on your request, visits, and invoices.

The application does not request location permission and does not track your location.

This application is owned, managed, and developed by CONST-TECH LTD, which is responsible for operating and supporting the platform. The appearance of any office name or trademark within the application does not indicate ownership or management, but rather that it is a service user. All rights to the application belong to CONST-TECH LTD.

The application is a platform for requesting services and tracking their procedures, not a marketplace for individuals. It operates in a manner that protects the rights of both employers and domestic workers.
