The app is good, but the charges to transfer funds to the Kawu account are extortionately expensive!

Ite a good experience but you need to ensure that Pupils' photos are seen on the machine before approving a payment to prevent unauthorised pupils from using cards that ae not theirs .

This kawu app is too much annoying, since the term began, it has been deducting our kids money from the cards mysteriously. The card had 8,500,so I deposited 11,000 right now and when I checked the balance on my kid's card it shows 15,000.you guys are making this App terrible, Its too annoying. Many kids are complaining about the same thing.

Kindly share the name of your child with us on 0200910501 to look into it and get you his/her account statement.
Additionally, you can look into your childβs transaction history by going to manage child, view transactions history.
