About this app

"Family Support" is an app that allows family members living separately to safely assist elderly parents or other family members with smartphone operation, even when they are not physically present.

■ When to use it
・Even if your parent calls saying, "I don't understand how to use my smartphone," you can teach them while showing them the actual screen.
・Instead of explaining "Where do I press?" verbally, you can solve the problem by looking at the screen.

■ Easy to use (for two people)
・Person receiving help (parent, etc.): Simply press "Show." There are no complicated settings.
・Person providing help (family): When a request is received, press "Accept," and you can see the other person's screen.

■ Designed for safety
・Contact information is used "only on your smartphone" and is not sent outside.
・The screen is only shared when the person showing the screen presses "Show." If sharing is stopped, the screen data is immediately deleted.
・Only family members in your contacts can connect. Unknown numbers and people trying to deceive you over the phone simply won't appear as options.

• You can stop sharing at any time by selecting "Stop."
