I think it's useful but needs different modes like, a mode for both hiragana and katakana together. Other quiz options, like displaying the Japanese character and needing to select the romanji, (opposite of how it is now)

This is exactly what I was looking for! Simple, casual, and repetitious with zero distractions. Simply match the kana and familiarize yourself with the symbols until they become known implicitly. Perfect way to learn!

I wish there were more options. Option to change the multiple options and have a draw/type in hiragana or katakana. And most important reverve question, instead of looking at romaji and chose katakana, look at katakana and chose romaji.
