1. If the app does not install or update
① Check data connection: If you are using unstable Wifi, turn it off, or if you are using 3G/LTE, change the connection to a stable Wifi environment and try downloading again.
② Please try again after clearing data or cache in [Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Storage].

2. If the app cannot be accessed or is forcibly terminated
: Press and hold the KB Insurance app icon, ⓘ button > Storage > Delete cache/data and reconnect. If you are a user of the step count service, re-consent is required.

3. If you need to import a certificate
: As Google's security policy is strengthened, it is possible to use a joint certificate registered on a PC or other mobile phone after proceeding with [Import Certificate]. In addition to the joint certificate, various authentication methods are provided, so please refer to it.

업데이트 후 로그인을 할 수 없습니다. 앱 실행만 하면 '마이데이터고객 로그인이 필요한 서비스입니다' 메시지만 표시되고 무한 반복입니다. 마이데이터 가입도 안 했는데 이건 마이데이터 가입한 사람만 쓰라는 건지 말라는 건지 알 수가 없네요. 어떻게 조치하라는 건지도 모르겠고, 무엇보다 무한 실행되는데 빨리 조치해 주기 바랍니다

안녕하세요 고객님, KB손해보험입니다. 해결방안을 알려드립니다. 해결방안 : KB손해보험 앱 아이콘 길게 눌러서 ⓘ 버튼 클릭 > 저장공간 > 캐시삭제/데이터삭제 > KB손해보험 앱 재접속 2. 1번 방법으로도 해결이안되시는 경우 휴대폰 설정 앱 → 애플리케이션 → KB손해보험 → 권한 → 신체활동 → 허용안함 선택 시 앱 이용 가능합니다. 해당 조치로도 오류가 해결되시지 않는 경우 대표콜센터(1544-0114)로 문의 접수 후 모바일홈페이지(m.kbinsure.co.kr)에 접속하셔서 서비스 이용을 부탁드립니다. 다시 한 번 불편함을 드려서 죄송하다는 말씀 드립니다.
