Workout plans

Choose between the pre-created workout plans or create your own workout plan. With over 400 exercises that can be filtered by numerous criteria such as muscles and equipment used, you have a huge selection to choose from.

Log your workout

Once the workout plans are created, you're ready to go. Whether in the gym or at home, enter the weights and repetitions you use.

Analysis and comparison

After your workout, you can view statistics that visualize your workout and progress. The app's rating system also allows you to rank your strength level for each exercise.
