I am connected to the tariff for families, and I got a SMS message that says that I have used 150 GB. but I didn't use 150 GB, I only used 79 GB. Please, fix this problem. And one more thing is that something eats my money, but I don't have any connected services except for that family tariff.

Activ Service's it's great but somewhere it wont catches the net , Almaty Arena and more places but there is connection very good for these prices for children and students

The app is nothing but trouble, might as well recommended changing to a different one, there's always either a maintenance or the app doesn't work or takes hours to do one task or just doesn't even open and not let you logic, I got lost in the streets for hours because I couldn't top-up money to my account for data pack renewal, not only that but it also sucks up the money in your account slowly for no reason even if you have internet in your account. I had 3000 Tenge in account, it ate 1200 Tng
