pretty buggy. often times can't seem to connect to listen or even access my membership/donor card. new app is awful. I'm a long time donor/listener. app shows in logged into my account in the settings but when I try to access membership card and donations history, it gives me a log in screen. when I click I already have a account, nothing happens. but beyond that, app is super super slow. I have other npr station apps like mpr, cpr, kexp... all work better

Update: issue has been fixed! I love love LOVE KCRW and have been a monthly member since 2017. The app usually works fine for basic listening, but I have recently had problems signing in via the app, which previously worked without issues. After logging into my KCRW app account, the app seems to forget I'm logged in the moment I try to enter a giveaway and asks me to sign in again. Same thing when I try to use any member features. The "Report an issue" feature does not work either.

App shuts off randomly. All the years that KCRW has had an app, it has always done the exact same thing. It simply stops playing, after a few minutes. This has happened with all permutations of the app. I have had different cell phones, over the years, and the same issue has recurred. It happens when listening on my cell phone, connected to WiFi. There is nothing wrong with my WiFi. None of my other music/radio apps do what the KCRW app does. The KCRW app, today, keeps stopping.

You can now cancel a giveaway entry.
Winners now see a "You won" banner and a confirmation message after winning a giveaway.
Giveaway entries are now open on time, and giveaways refresh each time you open the Win tab.
