This app is not good. It doesn’t count my steps even when I walk. Why is that? Other people’s steps increase even when they’re not walking. Where can I fix this? It’s been 10 days and my steps still aren’t being counted. What should I check?

Is this an update or what? I always do as the construction said, when I open the app today, I was shocked because the points it gives are so low 5 points to 3, 10 points to 6??? You really don't want me to win anything; it's starting to lead like a scam. That's it I'm done with it. Nobody's gonna reply to me but I want my people to know the problems before they download it.

When I was clicking th coins from step counter, it was showing network error continuously. And then it passed into the next day, and disappeared coins that I have been. The coins were fell down from over 5k to 9 hundred. It's not fair.
