About this app

■About au mail app
・This is an official app for using the au mail service (@au.com/@ezweb.ne.jp) provided by KDDI Corporation, a mobile communications company, to au brand line subscribers.
・The au mail service is linked to the customer's mobile line contract, and an e-mail account will be issued according to the line contract, and important notices regarding the contract and charges will be sent to you.
-This app uses au line contract information to manage/change au email addresses, set automatic forwarding, set spam email filters, etc.

■Customers who subscribe to au communication service
・If you have an au contract, please note that the initial settings will be performed using mobile data communication.
- If you are using a VPN, please turn it off before performing the initial settings.

■Customers with au mail carrying contract
- Initial settings are possible regardless of the communication method.
- If you are using a VPN, please turn it off before performing the initial settings.
