■ App Overview
au SelfCare is an app designed to support individuals who feel unsure about operating smartphone settings screens or multiple steps.
It supports seniors who are unfamiliar with smartphone operation, and those who have difficulty understanding settings due to changes in cognitive or learning functions, enabling them to safely manage their smartphones.
Smartphone maintenance and setting changes involve complex screen hierarchies, technical jargon, and numerous confirmation steps, which can lead to confusion or incorrect operations.
au SelfCare guides users step-by-step through the settings app screen only after the user initiates the process, helping them to confidently complete the necessary smartphone maintenance settings.
