Smart Selangor Mobile Application

iClean Selangor was developed to facilitate residents in Selangor to submit waste collection and public cleansing complaints to KDEB Waste Management.

As of July 2020, all residents within the twelve municipalities of the whole of Selangor may use the app. The app has been updated with easy to use features and registration can be done without hassle for the Selangor public

The App iClean Selangor deserved the award for its intended purpose. 5* No doubt. The downside, no actual action taken after notification received. There's channel to complained via Hotline, Whatsapp & Email thru' contact us info clearly displayed. Good but please seriously! There should be coordinated efford, responsible & an effective action oriented to resolve concern raised . Whats the point of having good reporting system in place but "NO ACTION".

Definitely a total waste of time for me. I lodged a complaint but got annoyed when it has been rejected stating they don't provide service at the particular district I'm staying whereas it is listed in the areas they would cover. This is misleading. When I questioned bout this there is no reply. By the way, definitely not user friendly at all. I read an article some user appreciated their service but it's totally the opposite for me.

Like the cover page, status of complaint lodged is shown (report received, investigation in progress, completed, rejected). The content page is also good,whereby the reasons for reject are shown. A suggestion for improvement to make the entire exercise more useful - can the entire report ( cover page and content page) be copied? If so, will certainly help to communicate to residents. It will help kdeb to avoid receiving similar complaint multiple times.
