Ratings and reviews

The app is incapable of establishing a network connection for my Navilink. Even after configuring my network to be 2.4 GHz only, which is the only setup that works with the Navilink device, it shows zero Wi-Fi networks available and will never connect. a waste of money and time. Don't buy a Navien if you want remote monitoring.

Stable and always connects. Useful to check on running temperatures. Not very well thought out app though. For instance, when the boiler stops and you get an error, the app gives you the error code. But then you have to do an internet search outside the app to get the definition of the error code. It also doesn't show water pressure, which would be valuable from a maintenance perspective.

I paid extra to have this app and setup with my combi unit. It never worked. It won't connect to the app, doesn't do what the salesman said it would, is a complete waste of money. I wish I read the reviews on here before buying. App is garbage. The salesman at Heat Source Mechanical in Alaska lied about all the features. Don't trust them or Navilink. Purchased in 2022, app still doesn't work.
