I like the app, it so far has been consistently maintaining connection and functionality, setup was not too difficult other than some settings that are not called out in the manual that comes with the device....have to download the full menu to find that info. The app has the minimum functionality I require to make the purchase worth while. The app would be 100x better if I could access setup and control menus from the app. The custom scheduling is key though, without that this would not useful.

Stable and always connects. Useful to check on running temperatures. Not very well thought out app though. For instance, when the boiler stops and you get an error, the app gives you the error code. But then you have to do an internet search outside the app to get the definition of the error code. It also doesn't show water pressure, which would be valuable from a maintenance perspective.

2023 update. App is vastly improved. You can now see what you're doing when scheduling the navicirc. Still far behind rinnai, but I'm glad to see some movement on this app. Barely usable. This app is confusing and seems to be designed to obfuscate any useful functions. The only benefit the application adds is the ability to schedule when the recirculation pump runs, but even that is confusing and counterintuitive. Note that it hasn't received a single update since 2020.
