takes forever to load. doesn't connect 1/5 of the time. adding scheduled times sometimes don't work. I've learned that just keeping 3 on/off schedules in the system and changing the times on one of them for random needs is better than trying to add a new schedule on/off. but I still get kicked off the connection sometimes. and the app takes forever to load and update the times. why not just make an on/off button on the app?

I paid extra to have this app and setup with my combi unit. It never worked. It won't connect to the app, doesn't do what the salesman said it would, is a complete waste of money. I wish I read the reviews on here before buying. App is garbage. The salesman at Heat Source Mechanical in Alaska lied about all the features. Don't trust them or Navilink. Purchased in 2022, app still doesn't work.

Stable and always connects. Useful to check on running temperatures. Not very well thought out app though. For instance, when the boiler stops and you get an error, the app gives you the error code. But then you have to do an internet search outside the app to get the definition of the error code. It also doesn't show water pressure, which would be valuable from a maintenance perspective.
