There we feel that they want to do something to improve the app because before, when I made my withdrawal it took time to arrive on my card but there it becomes practically instantaneous. But the only problem is always at the expense that is too high. If these fees were low there would have had many people like me who would have liked to make lots of depots but as it is too high we are still thinking about our expenses. Please try to do something to lower these expenses please

It's been over 5 hours since I made a deposit of 13000frs and till now it has not reflected on my card, contact customer service but no reply. This is the worst service ever. Noupia come back to business so we can leave this type of apps. If you guys like don't deposit the money, I can never recommend you people to aany of my friends.

It's been a week now. I've paid very high charges to use the card. Then after the top up, nothing works. Can't subscribe, can't recharge, can't withdraw can't do nothing with the card and it's causing me serious problems with my business and clients
