About this app

Keeper Work is the app for clocking in and out and keeping your work life up-to-date, without complications. It's used by both employees to clock in and manage their daily tasks, and by managers and supervisors to monitor their teams. Designed to be used in seconds.

CLOCK IN WITH ONE TOUCH
• Clock in, clock out, and take breaks with a single, large, and clear button.

• Works even without a signal: clocking in is saved and synced automatically when a connection is restored.

• Your work record is protected against tampering: each clocking in is cryptographically chained and cannot be edited or deleted.

LOCATION LOG ONLY WHEN CHECKING IN (AND IT NEVER BLOCKS YOU)
• Keeper Work uses your location only at the exact moment you clock in, to notify you if you are inside or outside the workplace.

• There is never continuous or background tracking.

• If you decline permission, the clocking in is still recorded. Location tracking never prevents you from clocking in.

ALL YOUR WORK, IN YOUR POCKET
• Check your hours worked per day and week.

• View your schedule and upcoming shifts.

• Request vacations and absences, and receive a response in the app.

• Access your documents: contracts and payslips, and sign them from your mobile device.

• Upload your ID and certificates.

• Report an incident or breakdown at the facility, with a photo and voice dictation.

• Receive shift notifications, clock-in corrections, and HR responses.

FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS
