I've used keeper for the past few years and I've loved it but this price increase is crazy work. 399 is out of bounds. People if you are looking for something similar where you pay a lot less and Use the app called Found very similar at a third of the cost. 4 years of filing taxes on here for you to lose a customer for greed is very stupid and no matter what they tell you it doesn't justify the cost increase.

I used this service for the previous tax year, I'm currently using it for this tax year, but it may be my last. The only benefit is that it categorizes my purchases easily. But when filling out all my tax forms, they didn't inquire about a lot of things and just filled spaces and checked boxes with assumptions. There were times when I was correcting mistakes that they auto filled in. Lastly, their communication around tax day is awful. I had important questions that were answered days later.

It is stuck. I have restarted many times and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Every time I open the app it says"while we wait..." "The below details allow you to get an estimate of your tax bill and see exactly how much you're saving with every write-off". This is followed by phone business use percentage and filing status options. The continue button at the bottom is grayed out and it is stuck on this page.
