Essential — 4-hour monthly visit, recommended for properties up to 5,000 sq ft
Signature — 6-hour monthly visit, recommended for properties 5,000–15,000 sq ft
Premier — 8-hour monthly visit, recommended for properties 15,000–25,000 sq ft, our most popular plan

All plans include a dedicated Keeply Pro, photo documentation, and a custom task list completed in priority order. Annual billing available at a 5% discount. Cancel anytime with 15 days' written notice.
