wish there was an option to use without account. tired of having to sign into everything. Edit: I understand the reason why accounts are used, it would simply be better in all cases for the user to have the option to utilize the app locally, without an account, at their own discretion.

This is ultimately a hobby app, so I prioritized having accounts with reliable data backups versus an offline app that could cause headaches with users losing data or not being able to migrate between devices. Accounts also enable the community features. You're always free to use spreadsheets or other habit tracking apps if this is a dealbreaker
