Keep it, Sell it, Donate it helps you sort a home of belongings with care. Photograph each item. Then decide: keep it, sell it, donate it, or let it go. Do it alone, or invite family, even if they live far away.
Sorting a loved one's belongings, helping someone downsize, moving house, or getting ready for a garage sale: the pile of things can feel endless. This app is built for that work. It is visual, unhurried, and made so more than one person can take part.
HOW IT WORKS
Photograph an item from a few angles, or choose photos you already have. Add a name, a tag, or a note if it helps. Nothing extra is required. Then swipe, or tap, toward Keep, Sell, Donate, or Discard.
You can change your mind until a decision is final. The app never rushes you.
SORT TOGETHER, NEAR OR FAR
Invite the people who should have a say. Each person votes on each item. Votes are visible, so nobody is guessing. If you all agree, the item is settled. If you do not, it waits in a place for discussion, not a fight.
When more than one person wants to keep something, you can say why it matters, stay neutral, or come back later. If you need a final call, appoint a Decider. Their decision is recorded, and everyone can see how you got there.
Contributors can photograph from another house, another city, or another country. You do not all have to stand in the same room. Give people the access they need: some can add items, some can decide, some can see reports.
AI THAT HELPS, NOT DECIDES
The app can identify what you photographed, suggest a category, estimate value for donations and sales, and draft listing titles and descriptions. You review everything. You can edit or override it. Estimates are a starting point, not a guarantee, and not a substitute for professional advice.
REPORTS YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU
When you are ready, download PDFs you can share, email, or keep:
• Donation Manifest: itemized donations with estimated fair-market values, dated and totaled • Sell List: titles, descriptions, suggested prices, plus room to track who is listing, status, and sold price • Keep Inventory: what stays, and who is taking it • Discard Record: a simple log of what you let go • Executor Summary: the full project story, including votes, notes, and how disagreements were resolved • Audit Trail: a timestamped record of every change
These reports are yours. They save to your phone and share through the usual share sheet. Useful for family, for an executor, and for anyone who needs a clear record of what happened to each item.
BUILT FOR THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN
When you start, the app asks what brings you here. Sorting a loved one's belongings, helping family downsize, your own move, a garage sale, or something else. The language of the app follows that answer. Gentle when the moment is heavy. Practical when you need to get through a house.
Large type, clear buttons, tap as well as swipe. Made for a wide range of ages, including people who are not used to apps.
A CLEAR RECORD, NOT A RUSH
Progress is visible: how many items are sorted, what still needs a vote, what still needs a conversation. You can pause for a day or a month. When every item has a home, you can download your reports, close the project, and keep a record of what you decided together.
Start free. Photograph a few items. See if the process fits. Then invite the people who should be in the room, even if they cannot be there in person.
Keep it. Sell it. Donate it. Decide together.
Sort a lifetime of belongings with care. Keep, sell, or donate, together.
