It's usually ok, but "something is wrong" has been popping up randomly a bit too much the past few months, which either involves my Internet or the app itself is buggy, in the login portion of the app or recently in the list of transactions. I don't remember having this "issue" as much when it was the other banking that Keesler took over. Just wanted to say something about that.

The mobile app is really nice! It basically meets all of my needs. However, I didn't give it 5 stars, because there's one area it lacks, and can be improved. That improvement would be to incorporate running line item balances for Visa credit accounts. That would be really helpful and beneficial. Please consider adding this improvement to your online website and mobile app.

It works...but bank alerts no longer show up unless I happen to log in to the app. That defeats the purpose. I want to get notifications the moment my account see s a deposit or withdrawal. I no longer get that. I have to log in first, then I suddenly get a barrage of notifications and emails that I should've had days ago. What gives? It's clearly something wrong with KFCU's system, not just the app, because their email alerts behave the same way. You don't get them until you log in.
