Ratings and reviews

App has some weird bug that makes it crash when you leave the bed proximity and come back. Design, I wish the buttons were in the same layout as the ones in the actual remote that comes with the bed. Someone thought it would be great if they made them opposite.

The good: controls the bed. The bad: The app forces me to 'update firmware' every time I open it after a disconnect (say I leave the house). It then forces me to go through a tutorial of new features. This gets very old and is so close to a total dealbreaker. The heptic feedback makes it feel like there is a problem. Suggestions: fix the firmware update bug. It is so so bad. Allow us to control the night light 'on' duration.Edit: I am using the Sept 2023 version, and the firmware bug is NOT fixd

App constantly needs to be constantly installed to activate motion detection option for under bed frame lighting. Once it's updated and turned on, motion detection feature disappears. Then you start the process of deleting app and re-installing.

What's new

We heard you and added the ability for Split King users to both select and rename the base they want to control in the app. This will make it easier to make sure you are pairing with and controlling the intended base and can tell them apart quickly.
