App is not sync with the updated timing schedule and scheduled maintenance. Also we are not able to register any complaint in any case. I tried many time since last year but app show default notification "your area is experiencing known outage". Don't know why they added this feature if not able to facilitate in any manner

Everything was working fine. Then suddenly everything stops. APP is not working, I have to uninstall the app and install it again. After that, it's not accepting my ID and password, and not even the reset password option is working.
