Complaint tab never works. Update. I did as per the response of the developer. The response from the email gave me another email and told me to forwarded my complaint. It was like no one knows what to do. And the problem is with the app is still same. Complaint tab never works. A pop up appears and says "checking load shedding schedule ' and disappears. Nothing happens after that.

The worst part of this app is that they removed the feeder data. Additionally, it consistently shows the power as 'on' even after load shedding time has ended, with no scheduled maintenance updates. We're still experiencing load shedding, and when we try to lodge complaints, it says 'your area is a known outage,' making it impossible to report the issue. And our area is facing this issue on Daily basis.
