Worst experience. It logged me out automatically. Now I've tried everything from multiple devices to log back in through email, number, Google etc. but nothing works. I've tried to sign up again from all the available options but it doesn't work as well. Just shows error or we're experiencing an issue. Pathetic just like their energy services š”

Your service is extremely poor and needs serious improvement. There is frequent excessive and over load shedding, and whenever we call, the representative just says itās a technical fault. This issue has not been resolved for a long time. On top of that, the electricity bills are excessively high.

I noticed that the app does not work when accessed from abroad. It would be very helpful if access could be enabled for international users, so we can easily check and manage our household bills while outside the country.
