Worst application I've used. It's full of bugs. Complaints are not being submitted. Billing is not updated, even though after paying my bill I can see on the app it is pending. Whenever the power is out correct information is not displayed rather it says that area is experiencing known outage, and when called to inquire they tell us that due to technical fault the power is out, after telling they have audacity to promote this application which is just waste of phone memory.

Pathetic application. Does not show current status, when there is power outage it shows that everything is ok and when there is no power outage its vise versa. Also in application its written my area is exempted from load shedding but matter of fact is that it happens 3 times a day. Useless application.

The keeps on displaying to download new version, but my app is already new version and 2nd problem is that on dashboard window all display icons are displayed as paper clip icons . It is happening like this for a month or two. Otherwise i am completely satisfied with the app.
