Worst experience. It logged me out automatically. Now I've tried everything from multiple devices to log back in through email, number, Google etc. but nothing works. I've tried to sign up again from all the available options but it doesn't work as well. Just shows error or we're experiencing an issue. Pathetic just like their energy services 😡

Good app for details. but in order to give you 5 star rating I would like to get an option in the app where you can lodge your complaint no matter what the status, because we are suffering your injustice and unethical and literally most pathetic energy providing services because we have no other option nor do have any of your competitors in market who can provide us better service with lower rates. we are paying high rates with lots of your taxes and on top theft charges in our bills.

am writing to report a persistent issue with your mobile application. For the past one month, the app has not been working on my phone. Despite several attempts to restart and troubleshoot, I am unable to use it to access my account or services. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the technical issue at the earliest so I can use the application smoothly.
