I have been trying to check my bill for the last two days but the app says the same thing over and over again, unable to connect to the internet, check your connection. My internet is 100% OK but the app just wont run! Do something about it!

Worst application I've used. It's full of bugs. Complaints are not being submitted. Billing is not updated, even though after paying my bill I can see on the app it is pending. Whenever the power is out correct information is not displayed rather it says that area is experiencing known outage, and when called to inquire they tell us that due to technical fault the power is out, after telling they have audacity to promote this application which is just waste of phone memory.

I wish to give it 5 stars as it deserves but there's a problem I face when I try to download the pdf from duplicate bill feature, it takes several attempts to give the duplicate of bill and sometimes it just don't start the download of duplicate bill. Please fix this issue. Overall great app.
