The K-Electric app is very disappointing. Whenever we complain, the issue is sometimes resolved without even giving a complaint number, and when there is no light, the complaint doesn’t even get registered. Even if the whole street or some houses are without electricity, the complaint is not accepted. Kindly fix your application and make it work properly.

useless app ever. very very poor customer support. sometimes there is no load shedding showing in app schedule but KE shutdown our areas electricity many times and I can't able to complain this problem. because they are saying in app. that they are working in our area. but I can't find any of the KE vehicle in my area. they are liers. they are frauds.they take unwanted shutdown of about approximately 5-12 hours sometimes all day. if I am able to give 0 stars in this review. I will give a 0.
