App was working perfectly fine for quite a while and today I'm getting the 'no internet connection detected' and I'm unable to log back in to the app. Not sure what's happening.

Worst experience. It logged me out automatically. Now I've tried everything from multiple devices to log back in through email, number, Google etc. but nothing works. I've tried to sign up again from all the available options but it doesn't work as well. Just shows error or we're experiencing an issue. Pathetic just like their energy services 😡

KE Live is a very useful and user-friendly app. It makes it easy to access electricity-related information and services. I appreciate K-Electric’s effort to provide customers with a convenient digital platform. Overall, a good and helpful application. Thank you.
