Horrible! I deposited around $200 into the account and it worked fine at first, was able to use the Kem card and everything was good. Now, suddenly, I have $40+ in the account and every time I try doing anything with my balance it tells me "oops! Something went wrong!" I tried contacting support and they didnt help at all! Stay far away from this app. If support can help me get my funds back then I will amend this review.

You people are scammer 😠😠😠 deposited money into the Kem app, but even after several hours/days, the funds have not appeared in my account. I tried contacting support, but there has been no response. I strongly advise everyone not to use this app until this issue is fixed. It’s frustrating and disappointing to lose money like this. Please be careful and think twice before depositing.

Why does it seem like the withdrawal options on Kem isn't working, I'd 5 dollars in there and since the withdrawal limit for solana is about 6 dollars I decided to deposit an extra 3 dollars, the deposit worked out just fine but somehow I'm not able to withdraw my funds after following the due process the app just go blank and the next thing I know it's saying withdrawal failed, I need access to my funds I want to withdraw my funds so please rectify the issue with withdrawals if you're no fraud
