Absolutely horrible. The app no longer works, and it just takes you to an online link, which makes it pointless to actually have an app. Even after logging in, you're trapped in a separate portal that doesn't allow you to exit unless you close both pages after logging out. Account accessibility is a big selling point for me, so this change is not good for me, and I'll definitely be looking for a new insurance provider

The dark login box makes it impossible to read the words because the text and background are almost the same color. And when trying to enter new card for payment method and I use GPay to autofill in my card number, it keeps kicking me back out to the home screen. As if that wasn't enough problems with the app... when I'm completing a payment, there is a "close" window button at the bottom of the screen that covers the submit and cancel buttons. Very bad app design! Please fix.

I'm sick and tired of your pathetic insurance!!!! You help no one on the phone or via text. Your instructing us to go on the website to make any changes. But it has "technical difficulties" so I can't do anything. My account is canceled so I can register again. Which did absolutely nothing!!!! I still can't remove this driver off my account!? How do you stay in business ????? I'm canceling my policy right this min!
