The dark login box makes it impossible to read the words because the text and background are almost the same color. And when trying to enter new card for payment method and I use GPay to autofill in my card number, it keeps kicking me back out to the home screen. As if that wasn't enough problems with the app... when I'm completing a payment, there is a "close" window button at the bottom of the screen that covers the submit and cancel buttons. Very bad app design! Please fix.

Absolutely horrible. The app no longer works, and it just takes you to an online link, which makes it pointless to actually have an app. Even after logging in, you're trapped in a separate portal that doesn't allow you to exit unless you close both pages after logging out. Account accessibility is a big selling point for me, so this change is not good for me, and I'll definitely be looking for a new insurance provider

The dark backup lights make it impossible to enter user or any information app keeps saying that I haven't invalid password I tried to reset it and it tells me information on outlet I try to make a different account and unfortunately it doesn't let me do to one already exists. I called customer service and they said that they don't have an account under my name but on the app it shows they do wish they had the old app back.
