The ‘Infinity, A Kemper Company’ app is the latest version for personal auto policyholders in California. All Kemper Auto Commercial policyholders must use the 'Kemper Auto Insurance' app. The ‘Infinity Auto’ app should be deleted since it is no longer being supported.

Ratings and reviews

The dark login box makes it impossible to read the words because the text and background are almost the same color. And when trying to enter new card for payment method and I use GPay to autofill in my card number, it keeps kicking me back out to the home screen. As if that wasn't enough problems with the app... when I'm completing a payment, there is a "close" window button at the bottom of the screen that covers the submit and cancel buttons. Very bad app design! Please fix.

Beyond the long list of login errors reported. The app does not allow me to make a payment. The close banner displayed at the bottom of the page blocks the buttons to advance to the next page. Who is QC'ing these app builds before releasing into the wild?

Keeps glitching when I put in my email on the registry page I can create Account to pay online and I no longer live in that city with a hour and half drive so I may cancel my insurance
