If your company runs on Ken3a, this is the app for the owner and the office: see the day, fix the schedule, call a client, send an invoice and record a payment - from anywhere.

Create, move, assign, skip or cancel a visit. Choose whether the client and the team are told.
Clients
Search your client list, open a client's card, and call or text them with one tap (your phone's own dialer and messages app open). Add a new client in seconds.

Who is clocked in, where they are in the day, and who is running late. Approve a request for more time.
Get paid
Issue and send an invoice, record cash, cheque, Interac or card, and see what is owed. Card payments go through Stripe - card numbers never touch Ken3a.
Reports
Revenue, visits and the numbers you care about, for any period.
Ask Ken3a
Type or hold the microphone and ask a question about your business. Any change it suggests waits for your approval.
Notifications

GETTING IN
Ken3a is software for businesses. Your company signs up at ken3a.com; the owner then signs in here with the company code, email and password. There is no sign-up in the app. Team members who work in the field use the separate Ken3a Crew app.
