Ken3a Crew is the app your team uses to get through the day.

If your employer runs their business on Ken3a, this is where you see the work
assigned to you, start and finish it, and keep track of the hours you are owed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Today
See the jobs assigned to you, in order, with the address, how long the visit is
booked for, and what the client has asked for. Tap to navigate. Start the job when you arrive and finish it when you are done.

Your week
Look ahead at the rest of the week so you can plan around it.

Your hours and pay
See the hours recorded for you and what they add up to, and download your pay statement.

Daily check-in
Tell the office how the day went at the end of your shift, in under a minute.

Photos
Add photos to a visit when the work needs a record.

Works without signal
Basements and stairwells lose signal. Your clock-in is held on your phone and sent the moment the signal returns, so nothing is lost and you do not have to think about it.

Face or fingerprint lock
Turn on a lock so the app asks for your fingerprint or face when you open it. Your fingerprint never leaves your phone.

English and French
Switch at any time.

GETTING IN

Your employer creates your account and gives you a company code and a password. There is no sign-up in the app. If you do not have a code, ask your manager.

ABOUT LOCATION

When you clock in or out, the app records where your phone was at that moment, so your employer can confirm the visit happened. It does not follow you between jobs and it records nothing while the app is closed.
