Ratings and reviews

I request people to not buy a kent water purifier specially for your mother and father service is a disaster no one responds every 15 days something happened to the water purifier. I registered a complaint on the 24th but still no one visited and then cancelled my register complaint I wanted registered against but the app said it is already registered. very very bad service and management. and I will give a live complaint.

Dear kent At the time of purchase, I was promised a 10-year warranty, but now I am being told the warranty is only for 4 years. I haven't even availed of the service four times yet. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service.

after installation service provided by kent is very poor and not satisfied. my personal experience don't by any kent product it just shows nice in only for marketing. over all service are not good
