consider as zero rating - I purchased this water purifier with high hopes, but it has turned out to be one of my biggest mistakes. From the very beginning, I encountered numerous issues with its performance, and despite my repeated attempts to reach out to customer care through emails and phone calls, there has been no action taken to address my concerns. I strongly do not suggest buying this product.

Really pathetic. Never purchase anything from Kent website. I did a purchase which was being sent through Safe Express which shows shipment arrived at nearest hub to me and out for delivery, but no one contacted and waybill status went to undelivered. nd the pathetic part about kent is that, in this case you can't connect to any agent from Kent because kent has provided calling numbers of sales and service only. You have the option to send email only, but you won't get any response to that.

worst kent service, don't go with kent. One month back I have replaced all my filters by paying 6350/- to kent. Now water taste is completely changed. I have raised a complaint for service check, now they are asking 350/- service charges. Seems they are replacing all faulty filters and purposefully they are getting business to the service centres. At the time of they clearly told for new filters 3 months warranty is there, then if problem comes in the installed filters why they charging if
