Ratings and reviews

I installed the app and clicked on service request. It was placed with no issues. Now after few hours, it keeps asking to update when it's the latest version. I can't see any updates regarding it or even cancel the request now. Will not be using this app anymore. Update: I was able to login after uninstalling the app, the restarting my phone and then again installing it back.

consider as zero rating - I purchased this water purifier with high hopes, but it has turned out to be one of my biggest mistakes. From the very beginning, I encountered numerous issues with its performance, and despite my repeated attempts to reach out to customer care through emails and phone calls, there has been no action taken to address my concerns. I strongly do not suggest buying this product.

I wish we could give you 0 ratings to the customer service and the namesake escalation team. we have registered a complaint last week Thursday and not even a single person is trying to resolve our issue from your team. This is horrible and a headache to your customers. Are we idiots to have put our trust in you? We have been using Kent since 2006. And the moment we bought a new one last year from Navi Mumbai, it's been a pain. That's how frustrated we are especially with your AI customer service
