Ratings and reviews

I installed the app and clicked on service request. It was placed with no issues. Now after few hours, it keeps asking to update when it's the latest version. I can't see any updates regarding it or even cancel the request now. Will not be using this app anymore. Update: I was able to login after uninstalling the app, the restarting my phone and then again installing it back.

Avoid their products at all costs. The service is abysmal—after-sales support feels like begging. Raised request in the app, but their staff do not bother to call the customer. Multiple follow-ups have been made from my side for a simple installation, and machine malfunction and still no resolution. Zero recommendation from me. 👎

Register a service request and the next minute it's successfully resolved without anyone ever calling or coming over to fix your machine. Next day you receive a Kent CC call & they re open the service request and the same cycle goes on in a rinse and repeat fashion. Edit-I also notice that though I bought the machine in April 2025 the executive who took the complaint smartly put the date of registration exactly 1 year prior so the warranty shows as expired. though it has 4 months remaining
