worst app they are showing my product is not registered, and it is in draft. I had purchased my RO with 4 year complimentary service, every time I had to mail them to registered my name mobile no and email id. WORST WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES.

dear users of this app and brand, please whenever you have a service scheduled look if the technicians are backwashing sealed filters of your units as doing that is very harmful to your RO system and it has the ability to cause premature failure and planned obsolescence of your RO and kent is very good at hiding failures of their techs and claims they are good at their field whereas a professional engineer who works at sea is not factually correct. Not a trustworthy brand mark my words.

Really pathetic. Never purchase anything from Kent website. I did a purchase which was being sent through Safe Express which shows shipment arrived at nearest hub to me and out for delivery, but no one contacted and waybill status went to undelivered. nd the pathetic part about kent is that, in this case you can't connect to any agent from Kent because kent has provided calling numbers of sales and service only. You have the option to send email only, but you won't get any response to that.
