Ratings and reviews

I recently purchased a KENT Digital Air Fryer and am trying to register it in the KENT Service App. However, the app is not allowing me to complete the product registration. I have booked the product using my number but it was saying number is not Registered. Help me register my product or advise me on how to resolve this issue? I can provide the purchase invoice, serial number, and any other details if required.

what is the point of having an app, when you can't do anything in that. No customer support, no escalation matrix, no communication of technician allocated. You just raise a service request and pray to lord for it to be taken care of. Just to allocate it to the right service centre i connected over WhatsApp, then over call and mobile application and wasted an entire day

failure of this app : * not customer centric app *one can not reach customer care or reopen there case through app after closing service. *engineers and kent authorised agency put wrong numbers and app allowed it. *while taking long time opened case app don't having strict guidelines for engineers to resolve. * without OTP agencies are closing cases and app allowed it.
