Honestly it's not even been two days since I got the app and I went to check my messages to find that somehow my account doesn't exist. I literally had to make another account with the same details to confirm it was actually gone and I was making a totally new account. I was hoping that my 3 months paid plan was still there but when is it ever that easy. This is a joke, if a consumer has to worry about their account disappear it's not worth it. Let's see if they fix it. I'll change to 5 if so.

I downloaded the app,,, opened the account and paid for 3 months,,,eventually after 3 days i was not able to sign it,,,,,i tried to log in but in vain being told the account does not exist.....yet i had already paid on 19/10/2025....kindly help on what could be the problem,,,,,,

A terrible app.... terrible experience.... once you pay for premium which is only 70 ksh the app starts misbehaving and takes an extreme time to load anything.....then after 1 day it logs you out and you can't sign in anymore because it doesn't recognize your email....it's a scam people....
