The concept and app is very good downloaded and onboarded though with some issues that needed support to onboard with their Kenyan partners which eventually was said to be successful. Problem is I have loaded the wallet 3 times with no success several emails with screenshots showing the same wallet loading from mpesa 3 weeks my wallet is still zero that is such a long time as turn around time to load a wallet. I still support the app, needs improvements.

Don't download this! It's so bad! Too many bugs. Also, people who run this app have never heard of customer service. You risk having no recourse should something go wrong with your money. There's an option to chat with customer rep within the app, but doesn't work. There's also an option to give them a call, but they never pick up. I've even tried dms on twitter (X), no response. You'd think they'd be more proactive seeing we're literally giving them cash, but they simply can't be bothered.

Good idea; BUT way too behind in terms of operational advancement. I wonder what the hurry was for launching this app. The developers should have first got everything and their house in order before taking it live. It's pure frustration...sign up issues...log in issues...deposit issues...withdrawal issues...limited trade items...no trade orders...arghhh Please, finish developing the up before launching it, otherwise you'll get 0 ratings for nothing, but something that you could really sort!!!
