See the jobs assigned to you and work each one from your phone. Tap Start travel when you head out, Start work on site and Complete job when you're done. Add notes and take photos on the job while you're there.

Owners and dispatchers see all of the shop's work. They plan visits and assign techs on the schedule, and keep customer, service property and equipment records. Estimates go to the customer as an approval link. Once one is approved, create the job from it.

Any HVAC, plumbing or electrical shop can use KeptSolid. The owner signs up at keptsolid.com/app, sets up the shop there and invites the crew. If your shop already uses KeptSolid, sign in with the account you were invited with.

Good to know:
- Status updates, notes, photos, scheduling, customer records and estimates work for shops that keep their jobs in KeptSolid. If your shop keeps its jobs in Jobber or Housecall Pro, make job changes there.
- The app is in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. Change the language under More.
- You need an internet connection to load work and save changes.
