About this app

Kera is the official mobile application for field survey, inspection, and application processing.

The app enables authorized users to:

• View and manage assigned applications.
• Conduct field inspections and surveys.
• Capture geo-tagged photographs during inspections.
• Record GPS coordinates and location details.
• Upload inspection documents and supporting files.
• Process applications through the defined workflow.
• Work in offline mode and synchronize data when internet connectivity is available.
• Access attendance and profile information.

Location access is used only while performing field survey and inspection activities to capture geo-tagged evidence and GPS coordinates. The app does not continuously track users in the background.

Camera access is used to capture inspection photographs.

The app is intended only for authorized users associated with the official field operations.
