About this app

KETER is the construction site tracking application for building and public works companies. Expenses, cash, time sheets, and supporting documents are all in one place, entered on-site and immediately accessible in the office.

ENTER AN EXPENSE IN SECONDS
Simply photograph the invoice or receipt, enter the amount, the supplier, and the relevant site. The supporting document remains attached to the expense and is accessible to any authorized person.

TRACK CASH FLOWS
Each site can have its own cash flow. Deposits, withdrawals, and balances are updated with each transaction, eliminating the need to maintain a separate spreadsheet.

TIME SHEET WORKFORCE
Record the days worked per employee and per site. Managers have an approval queue to review and correct time sheets before they are entered into accounting.

CLEAR ROLES
Three roles: owner, manager, and member. An employee can view their own days and cash flow. A manager tracks the projects assigned to them. The owner has a complete overview, including budgets and spending trends.

WHATSAPP ASSISTANT (OPTIONAL)
Send an invoice via WhatsApp, and the assistant will read it, extract the amount and supplier, and prepare the expense. You can also ask it questions about your projects. This feature can be activated in the settings and is not required to use the application.

TRANSFER AND EXPORT
Each transaction is time-stamped and attributed to its author. The data can be exported for your accounting.

KETER is for construction and public works companies that want to replace lost receipt photos on phones and spreadsheets sent by email with a single, shared, and verifiable tracking system.
