Horrible experience with the wifi connection process! The set up process does not include enough instructions to successfully set up without much frustration and calls to Keurig. While I wasn't successful in quickly pairing up my Keurig to my wifi, with all devices being new, current technology, while in the process, my stove, which is NOT brand new, was trying to connect to my phone. The CSR was patient with my frustration. but it was difficult to understand her, at times, due to accent.

I actually dread opening this app. I have to use it to see how many pods I've left on my Smart Deliveries and correct the counts if they are slightly off. It never loads. It's a brilliant idea. The coffee maker detects what kind of coffee I'm using and tells Keurig. Keurig decrements the counter and when it gets low enough, they auto ship me coffee. But it's so hard to get in there to see if the count is correct that often the deliveries are off.

It is so handy to be able to order coffee supplies from my easy chair and be restocked in just a few days. Hint: Set yourself up a recurring order and never worry about running out of coffee! Plus, Keurig provides a pretty substantial discount on recurring orders. If I drink more coffee than usual between orders, I load this app and simply select the process order now button. If I don't need more quite yet, I simply delay my order by a week or so. It's that simple! Love it!!!
