Just a terrible app altogether. I always get frustrated just trying to accomplish anything. Keep trying months later, still same thing. Very slooooow, getting constant errors, and it's very counterintuitive. Update 1 year later: Still app is terrible as ever. Who's programming this thing? Have you guys tested it? Update 2 years later: still not working get error messages and I just wanted to see my order details.

Constant Errors! Just checking auto shipment on app is a major pain. Sometimes it won't even open the page. Just now I was trying to redeem points and kept getting the "oops we are having trouble" page. I like auto shipments but honestly I can get them with other companies and sometimes at better prices. I do like that the only thing being sold are the drinks and accessories. The reward program is also nice. However, the aggravation of the app is about to have me going elsewhere.

I don't give reviews but this is the absolute worst app ive ever used. Painfully slow and barely works. I have maybe 12 different products in my Smart Delivery but it only shows 3. I try to order and add items and it says already in Smart Delivery but I can't access it on there. What's the point of Smart delivery if it doesn't work? The items that do show in Smart Delivery never get shipped even when it tells me I am running low. This needs to be completely removed and start over again.
