It's very frustrating. Managing Auto delivery and Smart Delivery doesn't work. It says thing are Active that we're already canceled, and other items it states are already on auto-delivery, but they're nowhere to be found in the list. I've called and canceled all orders. (Please don't respond with apology and tell me to contact support. People have been complaining about the app for months - probably years.)

I didn't think I've ever used a more poorly designed app. I'm on auto delivery and it's virtually impossible to delete previous selections and choose new ones. It seems you can substitute, but you can't fully delete your original selections. Now I can't even make a regular order because the "shop" screen never loads. On top of that, the last order I received was wrong. I called customer service and was supposed to receive a credit. I have no idea where my credit is. This is ALL unacceptable.

The app logs me out all of the time, forgets my fingerprint, and has no option to add a second user, making it especially inconvenient to handle the "smart" features, since my wife is the account owner with Keurig, and I'm of the tech troubleshooter. I thought it will be nice to have a coffee machine that learns my brew and get to it quickly and conveniently. This app is exactly what a person does not want to deal with 1st thing in the morning.
