Just a terrible app altogether. I always get frustrated just trying to accomplish anything. Keep trying months later, still same thing. Very slooooow, getting constant errors, and it's very counterintuitive. Update 1 year later: Still app is terrible as ever. Who's programming this thing? Have you guys tested it? Update 2 years later: still not working get error messages and I just wanted to see my order details.

this app is awful. I am beyond frustrated at the problems!!! they lead you to believe that if you do the smart order delivery, you will get 3 boxes free. Well that is NOT true. I just paid 38 bucks for what was previously free. The person on the phone said. there is no charge for this order. because I can't update the payment info that I have already used once before, we are going to use auto delivery. I am beyond frustrated. fix your app!! call chewy. the have it figured out.

It is so handy to be able to order coffee supplies from my easy chair and be restocked in just a few days. Hint: Set yourself up a recurring order and never worry about running out of coffee! Plus, Keurig provides a pretty substantial discount on recurring orders. If I drink more coffee than usual between orders, I load this app and simply select the process order now button. If I don't need more quite yet, I simply delay my order by a week or so. It's that simple! Love it!!!
