Smart HMI/PLC – Controller & Simulator (EIP) is the mobile tool for automation and electrical engineers to operate, test, and document EtherNet/IP controllers (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff) directly from a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

Features:

• Controller & Simulator: Connect to real PLCs via EtherNet/IP, read and write tags, or work completely offline in the simulator – ideal for commissioning, training, and testing.

• Tag Browser: Browse all controller tags, copy names, view detailed information, and import complete UDT/array structures as I/Os with a single click.

• I/O Lists: Clearly manage, force, filter, and batch edit inputs and outputs, and import and export them via Excel/CSV.

• HMI Tiles: Create custom user interfaces from switches, displays, buttons, and text fields and connect them live to the controller.

• Logic Editor: Graphically construct logic functions, timers, comparators, and value assignments (FBD/CFC) – even with custom, purely software-based variables.

• Diagrams & Documents: Import distribution plans, schematics, and datasheets as PDFs, annotate them, perform OCR searches, and export them.

• Fault and Diagnostic Functions: Record faults, track status histories, and output them as PDFs.

• Live Sync: Synchronize I/O states between devices on your local network or via the cloud – quickly paired using a QR code.
