Keycafe allows you to share and track your existing keys using your phone through a distributed network of over 1000 Keycafe SmartBoxes available in over 50 cities worldwide.
- Control who has access to your keys down to the minute

The notification on this app has stopped after certain updates. Please get in touch with me and help me fix this issue. I received notification when a key was returned or dropped off from this app. But now for some reason I can't even turn on the notification in the app notification settings. Please help

Have been an avid user of this platform since it first launched in NYC. I cannot recommend it enough. Customer service is wonderful. And the convenience this service provides is unparalleled. I would invest in this company of they were public. I've probably reccomended this to ten friends already. Keep up the great work! This is a real review btw. As in, I'm not a bot.

The app does not work in the setup phase. I was able to input the code provided me by the key owner to get the keys. I just wished I was able to use the app in the normal way.

We are very sorry you experienced an issue with using the app and thank you for your feedback. We have released a fix to the app so the issue you experienced will no longer happen. As a backup to any app issues, we provide a code in the access email you would have received to ensure you can seamlessly pickup keys at any time.
