About this app

KeyNavigator® allows Treasury Services customers to deposit checks into their business checking accounts using their mobile devices. Mobile Deposit extends the convenience of KeyBank’s commercial remote deposit solution to clients on the go, and provides low-check-volume clients with an easy alternative to branch or ATM deposits.
This app also allows clients to review and approve all remote deposits made by users, giving clients additional control and security.

FEATURES:

I have been using this app for a while, and it is not good. This app is so inconsistent with scanning checks. Often, when I scan checks, I get an error saying it can't read the endorsement. This is despite it showing clearly in the picture and after multiple different scans. This issue happens too many times and is exasperated when scanning multiple checks with one or more, not scanning properly. It can even have errors with payments sometimes. It's good when it works but it often doesn’t.

I wish you guys would have left it the way it was before, now when I try to deposit a check it never snaps the front and back on the check automatically anymore, I always have to wait to take a picture manually which slows me down, especially if I have a lot of checks to deposit! Also, now you have to have a dark background in order for it to take a picture which is ridiculous. Go back to the old system and stop with these terrible upgrades that don't work or make our tasks harder. Thanks!

used to work ok, now just won't. never really had any real issues prior until this last update. now it will not scan the back of the check. it continues with the, zoom in, to bright, hold still. I capture it manually and it says unable to find endorsement. I overwrite my signature multiple times and underline it. 5% of the time it works. I wouldn't have an issue with this except key closed my local branch that I drove my everyday. now I have to drive 15 minutes out of my way.
