I can pair the app with my Avaris bike with no problems and read all the data etc. However, when the computer switches off it disconnects from the app, then when I switch the computer back on it won't connect to the app. I have tried various methods but each time without success. I have spoken with Avaris but the issue remains unresolved.

this is the app that my e-bike uses. I have a rattan Pathfinder I bought 5 years ago and it's the best e-bike I've ever ridden. and the fastest. I still can't figure out how to turn off the governor but it goes fast enough without it. I don't really use this app much but everything in the app works great and I've never had any problems with the bike. I highly recommend rattan if you're shopping for an e-bike

I can not give less than 1 star, useless app don't bother with. Navigation does not work. After input of a destination and selecting GO, a popup appears to cancel or confirm as shown in attached screen grab. Selecting confirm I am directed to the setting page in android which has no option to save or confirm. The app crashes or returns to the navigation screen and starts an endless loop. Riding record is erratic, either not recording a trip or combining several days. They don't respond to emails
