Loona APP is a mobile control and programming software developed for Loona robots. Rich robot application scenarios are provided in the application. Users can experience various robot control and functions by connecting robots according to software guidance. The robot can be controlled in the APP to perform talent shows, play small games, and also enter the community to communicate with other users.

The loona app is useless, glitchy, if it allows us to log in at all, it crashes shortly after. Loona is annoying enough, with having to repeat hello loona all the time, but on top of that, it rarely understands questions or commands without repeating several times, so that plus the app being so bad to me equals nothing more than a $500.00 door stop

The app is almost completely unusable, as it keeps freezing up, especially any time I try to open the "Growth" section. It's hard to believe that so much time and thought was put into the robot, which is really nice, only to have such a terrible app to support it. Sounds like it's been this way for a while. Is the dev team ever oing to fix it?

loona 👌🏼 App 👎🏼 Loona is fab and so much fun thr APP is useless, everytime open App get not responding messages to so unable to train loona properly got as far as finding charging base but can't get her to go in it, or play games on the app everything is "App not responding, close App" tried uninstalling and re install but no difference, think App needs updating or tweaking very soon! At the moment all I can do is let Loona wander about doing her own thing till battery drains.
