Sell your house privately in the UK, or find your next home on video. Keyoh is a property app where private sellers film a video walkthrough of their home and talk to buyers directly. No estate agent needed, and no commission on the sale.
SELL YOUR HOUSE PRIVATELY, WITHOUT AN ESTATE AGENT
Thinking "how do I sell my house myself?" Keyoh makes a private house sale simple. Film a walkthrough on your phone with our step-by-step filming guide (up to two minutes). Set your asking price, describe your home in your own words and say what is included in the sale. Buyers message you in the app and you arrange viewings directly. You stay in control from first viewing to agreed sale.
Founding 100: the first 100 private sellers list free for 12 months. Terms at keyoh.co.uk.
After that, private sellers pay one fixed listing fee, set by the home's asking price and shown in the app before you pay. There is no commission on the sale. An optional Boost moves your listing higher in the feed. It is never required.
