Screen Lock keeps a video or voice call visible and active while blocking accidental touches on the screen.
It is especially useful when a child is holding or touching the phone during a call with family: the call stays active while a local overlay absorbs touches intended for the app underneath.

Screen Lock is designed with privacy in mind:

Screen Lock uses Android's “Display over other apps” permission to place a local touch-blocking overlay above the active call. The overlay receives touches without reading or analyzing the content displayed underneath it.
Critical Android system interfaces, including emergency and security-related screens, remain under Android's control.
