Had to buy a new Gen 3 and the software worked.

My 2yr old Keystone Hardware wallet becomes obsolete and they force you to upgrade to their new garbage because now this software is not supported with it. The point of storing assets *long term on a hardware device is so you don't move it. The companion app support disappeared now I'm losing hours getting support for my *old device to move my assets - so frustrating. I will move them off and never buy from this company again.
