Ratings and reviews

I didn't understand the ratings, but now I see this doesn't even support the viewing of most assets the Keystone supports. Fixing this would be a quick win especially before the ZEC firmware disaster gets traction. When Ledger & Trezor get shielding, they'll eat Keystone's lunch.

My 2yr old Keystone Hardware wallet becomes obsolete and they force you to upgrade to their new garbage because now this software is not supported with it. The point of storing assets *long term on a hardware device is so you don't move it. The companion app support disappeared now I'm losing hours getting support for my *old device to move my assets - so frustrating. I will move them off and never buy from this company again.

I like my keystone device but this wallet app is not very good. It doesn't properly derive btc addresses so it doesn't show your full balance, it also only generates one address for receiving btc and will give that one even if you've already received btc on it.
