K-Factor Calculator is a utility tool developed to calculate the k-factor used in sheet metal bending operations in a fast, practical, and reusable way.

The goal is to convert real production data obtained in the workshop or on-site into values that can be directly used in design processes.
Application Usage:
A sheet metal part with a known thickness, cut to a specific flat length to be used as the flat length, is bent once or twice.
After the bending operation, the bend dimensions and inner radius (r) measured directly from the part are entered into the application. Using these values, the actual k-factor is calculated.
The calculated value is then saved together with the material and thickness information for reuse in future designs, creating a reliable and consistent k-factor archive over time.
