app stuck on boot screen. Doesn't work. Issue present for 3 months. Even with updates still not fixed. Even kfca one time pass is not working. Problem occurred on both android and iOS

App does not work in Android systems. It is always stuck at launch page asking to refresh. The same issue for more than three weeks now!!

After updating the app, I cannot login. It asked for the account to be activated, but I did not receive any activation email.
